How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Tend and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

What's included in Tend Pro?

Tend Pro unlocks the full prompt library, voice journaling, life chapters, resurfacing, the weekly letter, and unlimited history. The free version includes a daily prompt and basic journaling.

Sync & Data

My entries aren't syncing between devices.

Make sure iCloud is enabled for Tend: open Settings, tap your name, tap iCloud, and make sure Tend is toggled on. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple ID.

How do I export my data?

In Tend, go to Settings and tap Export Data. This creates a JSON file with all your entries that you can save or share.

How do I delete all my data?

In Tend, go to Settings and tap Erase All Data. This removes everything from your device and iCloud. This action cannot be undone.

Privacy

Who can see my journal entries?

Only you. Your entries are stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We never see your data. Read our full privacy policy for details.

Does voice journaling send my audio anywhere?

No. Speech recognition happens entirely on your device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio is never transmitted to us or any third party.
