By downloading or using Tend, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tend for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Your reflections, actions, and all other content you create in Tend belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you create within the app.
Tend Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Apple's standard terms for subscriptions apply.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Tend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Meza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Tend.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tend after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
