Tend is designed with your privacy in mind. Your reflections, actions, and streaks belong to you. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties.
All of your content — reflections, actions, streaks, and settings — is stored locally on your device. Tend does not transmit this data to any server operated by us.
If you have iCloud enabled, Tend syncs your data across your devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy policies. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Tend offers voice journaling using Apple's Speech framework. Audio is transcribed entirely on your device. No audio or transcription data is sent to us or any third party.
Tend does not include any third-party analytics, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information.
Tend Pro subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment information is handled by Apple and is never shared with us. For details, see Apple's terms.
Tend does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since all data stays on your device and iCloud account, no personal information is transmitted to us.
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
